Alerting & Conference Systems Upgrade

AMT worked closely with its partners to help Saudi Aramco upgrade to a high quality IP Based audio conferencing solution. AMT was responsible for installation of room based speaker and microphone systems in addition to real time streaming nodes controlled by a centralized IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) control network. The system was designed with overlapping fault control mechanisms to eliminate down time for a high priority service.

At Saudi Aramco, IT underpins all aspects of the business – from exploration, production, processing, transportation, storage, refining and distribution to shipping, marketing and other support services. Supported by strong customer service, the IT organization provides all internal applications with 24-hour assistance. This includes a vast infrastructure of communications networks and a host of applications systems, such as SAP.
